Week 1, Term 4 2020
Update from Leadership
Families and friends, welcome back to Term 4! We are on the home straight and heading towards the Christmas holidays! (Has the Christmas music playlist started yet?) 2020 is certainly a school year to remember. As Bradshaw has always done, we will finish the year on a high with all the exciting events in Term 4. This includes Book Week, report cards, class parties, pre-school graduation, Yr 6 graduation and so much more. Let’s not forget though, all students and staff will continue to remain focused and work hard until the very end.
With the current COVID restrictions, school assemblies have been given the go ahead for this term. We haven’t met together as a school for so long so what a treat this will be to come together and feel as one again. However, this event will remain a closed school function and parents and friends are sadly not able to attend. We will keep our school community updated with restrictions around pre-school graduation and Yr 6 graduation as we find out more.
The summer weather is upon us with a sea of sweaty faces returning to class after break times. Could all families please ensure their children have a wide brimmed hat for school as this week I have handed out spare hats to 47 students to borrow during break times. Students do not need to have a blue hat, although it does need to be wide brimmed. Thank you for your support around our sun safety policy. A water bottle is also a must as drink fountains are still unable to be used.
Just a reminder that Penny Weily has stepped up into the role of Regional Director for Term 4. Michele Turk has taken on the role of Principal and Ioana Suciu Assistant Principal for the remainder of the year.
As always if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the school.
Let’s get this term 4 party started!
Thanks

Please remind students that it is apart of our school rules to wear a hat when playing outside. Your child's hat must be a wide brimmed hat to ensure safety from the sun.
