Year 6 Graduation

Priority Enrolment areas

Following extensive consultation, the Department of Education is changing Priority Enrolment Areas for Alice Springs government primary schools as of 1 January 2022.

Maps showing the new Priority Enrolment Areas, as well as information outlining transitioning arrangements, are located at https://education.nt.gov.au/policies/student-enrolment/enrolment/priority-enrolment-area-maps.

To manage the impact of changing Priority Enrolment Areas on school capacity, changes will be staged over a number of years. In 2022 this will commence with preschool and transition students only, extending up to Year 3 in 2023 and full implementation in 2024.

Second Hand School Uniforms

We are always in need of second hand school uniforms. If you have any school uniform items you no longer need, please drop them into the front office.  We will happily pass them on to families in need.

Uniform Dates

We will open for uniform sales on Tuesday 25^th and Thursday 27th Jan 2022 from 10am - 2pm in the Arelhe ampwe-kenhe hall.

Back to School vouchers will be available and may be used until the end of Term 1. There will be no uniform sales on Wednesday 26^th January, Friday 28^th January or Monday 31^st January 2022.

Families are encouraged to pay their Parent Contributions at this time. (Back to School vouchers cannot be used)

Annual Parent Contributions are:

$100 for one child

$175 for two children

$250 for 3 or more children

Low income families can pay $50 per student (max $150 per family). Must provide Centrelink proof.  

Office Hours

The Front Office will be closed from Friday 24th of December to Monday 10th of January. Uniforms will not be sold prior to the designated uniform days.
